WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Grassdoor is looking for a motivated, creative, and independent, "rock star" Integrated Marketing Manager.  This person works with our various brand partners to increase their overall awareness and sales velocity on our platform, and will own all elements of our on-platform media (from planning, to execution, to reporting) and will work closely with purchasing, operations, content, and core marketing teams. They will have the opportunity to develop integrated marketing campaigns for some of the most reputable brands in cannabis and execute those campaigns in coordination with our all-star marketing department offering an unparalleled viewpoint into the quickly developing industry at-large. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Building marketing proposals for our brand partners leveraging our first party data across our various consumer touchpoints to create efficient and effective campaigns that accomplish our partners’ stated goal
• Overseeing the development and approval of all assets with Grassdoor Marketing and brand marketing teams
• Working with ad ops and marketing teams to reserve, traffic, and optimize campaigns on our platform as well as third-party platforms
• Maintaining strong relationships with the brands represented on the Grassdoor platform, monitoring their sales in conjunction with purchasing
• Working closely with our internal content and marketing teams to identify and build out multi-brand experiential executions with extensions into our digital platforms

What You Should Bring:

• 3-5 years related experience in digital marketing/advertising, ideally in e-commerce and/or cannabis.
• Experience utilizing DFP for Small Business or similar ad server. 
• Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different media channels
• Strong background in partnership marketing and client service.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights/recommendations for next steps.
• Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one.
