Responsibilities; Please Read Before Applying:

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and restocking all restrooms.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Work with contracted services when necessary.
• Keep a log of service and maintenance repairs for the building.
• Must be punctual
• Must be responsible

Qualifications

• Have 1 to 2 years of Janitorial experience.
• Be over 21 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to lift, push, pull objects weighing 50 lbs or more with or without assistance
• 40 hours weekly with some OT
• Three different schedules to choose from
